The exhibition features 21 works, including paintings and sculptures. Of these, 14 are unpublished works created specifically for the gallery. The double solo exhibition is dedicated to the artists Giorgio Griffa and Riccardo Guarneri, leading exponents of an artistic current, Analytical Painting, to which the Gallery has always paid great attention.
The title of the exhibition refers to a highly topical̀ pictorial research that, over the past fifty years, has been able to change, yet remain true to itself. The works are very analytical, punctual, precise, and there are no interpretations: what you see is what you get.
December 1, 2022 - January 20, 2023
The exhibition includes thirty mixed media works on cardboard, made from the 1970s to the present, with the addition of some previously unpublished works, sculptures that transcend the apparent two-dimensionality of the works on cardboard, Masi's real new stimulus, consistent with his artistic path. The absolute protagonist of this new production is color, which links the individual paintings together in the construction of a new syntax.
September 8 - October 22, 2022
KROMYA Art Gallery Lugano opens the exhibition dedicated to the artist of the same name and curated by Marco Franciolli. The exhibition analyzes the evolution of the work of Andrea Gabutti, a Ticino-born but Geneva-trained artist, from the 1990s to the present day, creating a visual and narrative journey that traces themes and techniques investigated over the years, whose artistic experimentation constitutes an indispensable practice for deeply investigating reality and the feeling of nature.

December 15, 2020 - February 5, 2021
The exhibition analyzes the evolution of the Media Framework, an innovative media created by Coltro in 2001 that creates an ever-changing iconic flow where the digital relates to the pictorial dimension.

JULY 29 - SEPTEMBER 30, 2020
The title of the exhibition finds a deep connection with the particular circumstance we have experienced, which has allowed us to appreciate the value of silence, a silence not total but composed of sounds that we are no longer used to listening to: those of nature. A nature that we have perhaps been able to look at in its most authentic, almost unknown version, with which we have been able to dialogue.
February 19, 2020 - March 28, 2020
The exhibition focused on the geometry of spaces through the colors and shapes that create ideal environments in which to recognize oneself. Drive In was a total work of art in which the viewer was involved, thanks to the combination of the geometric landscapes of the canvases and the daily space of the gallery.
February 13 - March 30, 2019
The exhibition presented at the KROMYA Art Gallery is the result of Frangi’s most recent artistic research, in which he compared some cycles on which he has insisted in the last two or three years. It is not a monothematic exhibition, as often happens in his habit, but it is an attempt to make different situations dialogue.
FEBRUARY 14 - MAY 7 2023
The double solo exhibition is dedicated to the artists Giorgio Griffa and Riccardo Guarneri, leading exponents of an artistic current, Pittura Analitica, to which the Gallery has always reserved great attention. Griffa and Guarneri, though in different ways, have been part of what art history has defined only in recent years as Pittura Analitica, and which has long been referred to as Pittura Pittura, Nuova Pittura or Pura Pittura.
KROMYA ART GALLERY aims to provide a space for young and emerging artists to showcase their works in the ".young" section. This section offers a more informal space that allows artists to present themselves and their works dynamically to both young and experienced audiences.
