KROMYA ART GALLERY was founded in 2018 in Lugano by Tecla Riva, Giorgio Ferrarin and Adriano A. Sala as a result of a long-standing common passion and expertise. In 2020 KROMYA expanded its headquarters with a new outpost in Verona, Italy.
KROMYA ART GALLERY aims to provide a space for young and emerging artists to showcase their works in the .YOUNG section. This section offers a more informal space that allows artists to present themselves and their works dynamically to both young and experienced audiences.
After the success of Stonestar, Federico Ferrarini's monograph inaugurated last year at the Veronese headquarters of the gallery, KROMYA Art Gallery presents Mineral Circularity, the artist's first solo show in Lugano. The exhibition features 21 works, including paintings and sculptures. Of these, 14 are unpublished works created specifically for the gallery. These new works reflect the continuous evolution of Federico Ferrarini's artistic research, characterized by his "cosmological" or "cosmogonic" vision.
After the success at the Castello Scaligero Castle di Malcesine, an additional section of the exhibition Memorie dal Futuro, curated by Marina Pizziolo with sculptural works by Katja Loher and Dario Tironi, opens in the spaces of KROMYA Art Gallery in Verona. If works of a monumental nature are exhibited in Malcesine, smaller works are presented in Verona: seven blown-glass video sculptures by Katja Loher and seven sculptures by Dario Tironi, capable of forging an even more direct and engaging visual confrontation.
KROMYA Art Gallery in Verona presents, from Oct. 6 to Dec. 2, 2023, Lo stesso cielo, ogni notte, Luca Marignoni's first solo exhibition, curated by Luca Massimo Barbero. The exhibition will open on Friday, October 6, at 6 p.m., in the presence of the artist and the curator.
KROMYA Art Gallery presents, from October 24 to December 9, 2023, Thomas Huber's solo exhibition entitled On Perspective. Selected works from 2012 to 2020. On view in Lugano are twenty iconic works that offer an overview of the main themes dealt with in the last decade by the renowned Swiss artist, celebrated by MASI Lugano with a solo exhibition at the LAC venue.

From Wednesday, June 21, Kromya Art Gallery is hosting the second edition of "Le stanze dell’arte. Premio giovani artisti – Oblio fra passato e presente".The exhibition event is designed to promote the younger generation of artists and stems from the competition reserved for them, organized by the m.a.x. museum and the City of Chiasso inpartnership with all the Rotary Clubs of Ticino.
